my fave meal...

my current favourite meal - chicken porridge with salted egg, toasted bun and hot cham. my favourite places to have this are ka fei dian in amcorp mall (its chicken porridge is the best), any of uncle lim's and kluang station. i must have this at least once a week...hehehehe. simple eh, to make me happy.

it's been years since i last went to the national zoo. this time, i was armed with d80 and 80-200mm f2.8, attached to a 2x teleconverter. supporting me was adi who's armed with G7, and we walked the entire zoo for a shooting spree.

it's been raining almost every evening in klang valley. thus, it was a wise decision that i took the lrt to central market for an appointment at 6pm - it took me only 20 minutes from kelana jaya. it could be 2 hours if i drove.

kl tower....
|
|
i was waiting for a friend at the base of the tower and it was drizzling. when i looked up, i saw the lights and clouds made the tower looked like something from the "war of the worlds" movie. played with a few white balance settings and i settled with cloudy which warmed up the image. i handheld the camera as i didn't have a tripod. i just leaned my body on a parked car and held my breath while pressing the shutter for a speed nearly a second to capture this image. this pic is straight from the camera without any editing except sizing. it's noisy, i know...hehehe.
